Kay James joined XYZ Music Academy in June 2019 as the organisation’s first full-time administrator. As the company grew, Kay’s exceptional organisational skills and passion for music became invaluable. Already familiar with XYZ through her partner Seb and his band Screamin’ Irene, Kay brought both insight and dedication to the role. She has transformed the academy’s internal operations and continues to work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
