September 2017 was by far our busiest month as a company since we opened our doors back in 2014. There are several reasons for this. One is the large influx of students leaving us very undermanned to handle the amount of administration that comes with this. It was a good problem to have but our primary concern was disappointing people in this lengthy process.
I want to take this opportunity to apologise to anyone who experienced a sluggish response time from XYZ. Having experienced this volume of clients we will now be putting measures in place to ensure the next academic year gets off to a much smoother start. For those of you who have experience in the customer service profession, any constructive criticism would be extremely welcome.
As a company, we now have thirteen schools working with us to deliver music lessons through peripatetic and classroom formats. To cater for this, we are in the process of developing the next level to our own very instrumental curriculum. These books will be available for purchase this side of Christmas. Let’s hope we can announce their release in the next newsletter.
There are many other exciting opportunities coming our way but unfortunately, I can’t make them too public just yet.
To summarise, we are very excited about where we are heading as a company and I would like to personally thank you for being a part of the XYZ family. I cannot wait to show what we have planned over the next couple of years.
