Mobile Phones, Cameras and Social Media Policy: 

Any photos taken will only be taken on an XYZ Music Academy LTD camera and placed in a locked file cabinet, no other cameras would be allowed.

Mobile phones for children at the clubs and workshops will have to be put in a locked file cabinet as they are not allowed phones the setting.

All other members of staff are not allowed to use their own phones on site during a workshop or cub and should be kept out of site from students, unless authorised by a manager ( only for emergencies).

Parents should not use their mobile phones on site whilst picking up or taking any pictures of their child.

All staff are forbidden from putting anything on social networking or discussing work to others without written consent from parents and confirmed by the XYZ Music Academy LTD management team.
